Delivery
From order confirmation, delivery of your made to order toilet seat will be 4 - 6 weeks. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, with an estimated delivery date.
Deliveries are made via Parcel Force.
Returns/Refunds
Due to the made to order nature of our toilet seats, we do not offer returns or refunds. We want you to be delighted with your toilet seat, should you experience any issues with your seat upon delivery, please get in touch via sales@bardandblackwood.co.uk or call 01243 532121 and we will work with you to find a solution.

Online payments are made via Stripe. We accept payment from all major cards (excluding Amex).

Warranty
